We are currently seeking a Management Analyst to work onsite with the National Institutes of Health in Rockville, MD.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $36-38/hr benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Responsibilities
- Provides analysis and advisory services regarding management functions
- Prepares a variety of management and administrative studies to analyze and evaluate internal procedures, policies, processes and systems for the purpose of improving efficiency.
- Reviews and comments on new or proposed changes to existing policies, procedures or systems.
- Prepares reports in the areas of budget, procurement, HR, travel, etc.
- Reviews policy and regulation that governs the activities performed in the program.
- Prepares reports and presentations for meetings.
- Researches and suggests developing areas of management policy.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management and administration or related field
- MS Office
- SharePoint
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Meeting minutes/summary reports
- Meeting coordination
- Travel planning
