Responsibilities
Cleaning & Facility Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of all visitor areas, including:
- Johnson Center, Overlook, Carnivore areas
- Lakeside Cabins, Lodge, Straker Cabins, Nomad Ridge
- Wilds Administration Building, Clinic, Animal Management office, Operations Support Center
- Manage daily trash removal and recycling disposal in line with recycling policies.
- Maintain and organize housekeeping storage areas and inventory supplies.
- Act as a professional representative of The Wilds, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent service and upholding guest service standards.
- Work with flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Operate two-way radios for efficient communication.
Experience & Skills
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Positive, professional attitude and teamwork mentality.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Possession of a valid state-issued Identification.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Subject to Drug-Free Workplace Policy, BMV Check, and Criminal Background Check.
- This position is not eligible for overtime pay.
