Brooks Camp is seeking a dynamic Camp Manager to lead our hospitality operations in Deadhorse, Alaska. In this role, you’ll oversee camp services, manage staff, and ensure exceptional experiences for both guests and employees. Your mission? About the Team:
- You are joining a North Slope-based division within Colville and a team that works hard to support each other every day
- At Camp you’ll work alongside other hospitality professionals in Maintenance, Housekeeping, Kitchen services, and Billeting. Hotel guests at Brooks Camp are both Colville-coworkers and other clients or contractors

As a Camp Manager you will:
- Lead & Manage: Direct a team including the Billeting Assistant, Head Chef, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Coordinate: Plan work assignments and manage daily operations.
- Ensure Safety: Uphold safety and environmental policies and develop crisis management procedures.
- Communicate: Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and your team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years in hotel management or a supervisory role, ideally with North-Slope operations.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to ensure safety and compliance by verifying inspections, managing and maintaining camp equipment (including generators and storage tanks), and overseeing repair and maintenance tasks.
- Valid Alaska driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred certifications: ServSafe and Alaska Food Worker Card.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off rotational commitment.
- Location: Prudhoe Bay, Alaska with responsibilities at Brooks Camp.
