About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in managing customer relationships, processing orders, and supporting our sales efforts. You'll work alongside the Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, and Outside Sales team to provide exceptional service and grow new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, from customer interactions to internal processes.
- Sales & Order Management: Accurately process customer orders and track status of pending orders.
- Customer Service: Assist front counter customers, answer phone inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
- Collaborate: Work with the sales team to pursue growth opportunities and help identify new leads.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications: No specific certifications required, but knowledge of sales systems and customer service practices is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
