During your rotational hitch, you’ll be living and working onsite at our operations in Deadhorse, AK, at Brooks Camp.

About the Team:
• You’ll be part of a North Slope-based division within Colville, Inc., joining a tight-knit crew that shows up for each other daily.
• Work side-by-side with pros in Housekeeping, Kitchen Services, and Billeting—all providing top-tier hospitality to Colville employees and contract guests.

As a Camp Maintenance Worker, you will:
• Put Safety First: Follow and enforce safety standards, environmental regs, and emergency procedures to ensure a safe working and living environment.
• Keep Things Running: Perform routine maintenance repairs on electrical, plumbing, heating, HVAC, and mechanical systems, to keep things running smoothly.
• Stay Ready: Respond promptly to urgent repair requests and collaborate with the Camp Manager on routine scheduled upkeep.
• Get Hands-On: Maintain and repair camp equipment including janitorial, office, and kitchen, . Ensure walkways are clear of snow and hazards, inspect facility systems, and keep tools organized.
• Stay Sharp: Maintain accurate inventory, manage maintenance records, and assist in preparing maintenance reports on activities and budgets.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience & Requirements:
- 3 years in maintenance/facility management
- Strong skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Valid or ability to obtain North Slope Training Card (NSTC)
- Must be able to fly commercially from Anchorage to Prudhoe Bay
- Must be able to work 12 hours on a rotational North Slope schedule
• Pre-Hire Screening:
- 7-year background check
- Clean driving record
- Pre-hire drug screen & adherence to Colville’s non-DOT drug program
- Pre-hire physical (includes climbing, pulling, kneeling, etc.)
• Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Industrial trade certification (HVAC, Electrician, etc.)
- Knowledge of North Slope or remote site operations
- Experience in mining, oil & gas, or similar industries
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
