What You'll Do:
Prepare & Cook: From prepping fresh veggies and sauces to crafting full-on entrees, you’ll help cook high-quality meals that fuel a hardworking team.
Keep the Kitchen Spotless: Whether you’re cleaning dishes or organizing storage, you’ll ensure the kitchen stays fresh and efficient.
Collaborate: Teamwork is key—work closely with the Head Chef and other team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Stock & Inventory: Keep things organized and always prepared—manage food deliveries, inventory, and assist with ordering supplies.
Safety First: Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to keep meals safe and the kitchen humming.
What We're Looking For:
No Experience? No Problem! We provide training for the right candidates who bring a positive attitude and a passion for learning. If you’re hungry for growth, we’ve got your back!
Experienced Sous Chef Prep-Cooks: If you have 2 years of experience in a similar role or culinary training, we want you to bring your leadership skills to the table. Show us what you’re made of, and help guide our team to new heights.
Skills & Qualities:
Detail-Oriented & Cool Under Pressure: The kitchen’s a fast-paced place—be ready to take on anything that comes your way without breaking a sweat.
Great Communication: Teamwork is everything, and that means being able to communicate clearly and collaborate with everyone in the kitchen.
Kitchen Know-How: If you’re applying for the Sous Chef role, you’ll need to have experience managing kitchen tasks and operating industrial kitchen equipment.
Ready to Rock: Must pass a pre-hire non-DOT Drug Test (7-Panel) and a Fit-for-Duty exam. Safety is key to keeping things badass.
