We are an entrepreneurial personal injury firm that is experiencing aggressive growth and in need of an experienced California Litigation Paralegal to join our team – working directly with the Managing Partner and Owner to build and support the team. We offer excellent compensation based on your level of experience.
We are already known for helping our clients through an extremely emotional process while dealing with the pain of their injuries as a result of someone’s negligence. Now our goal is directed towards providing a first-class client experience as our team helps them navigate an otherwise difficult and often lengthy process on their road to recovery. We are growing fast and need a Paralegal who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Litigation and Case Management
- Assist attorneys in assessing cases, reviewing medical records, and developing pre-litigation strategies.
- Handle intake files, gather initial documentation, and communicate with clients to collect necessary information.
- Draft and send demand letters, subpoenas, and preservation notices.
- Manage case calendars, ensuring deadlines for statutes of limitations, discovery, and filings are met.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters, healthcare providers, and lienholders to resolve pre-litigation issues.

Qualifications
This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you must be able to work 40 hours per week. Salary is commensurate with skill and experience. Spanish-Speaking is a plus.
