About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a role for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and creative professional ready to dive headfirst into the fast-paced world of media marketing. You’ll work closely with our Media Service Team and agency partners to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize seasonal paid media campaigns across channels, ensuring alignment with client goals, KPIs, and budgets.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign health, evaluate performance, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and maintain budget pacing to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Work with account and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction and cohesive campaign execution.
- Innovation: Proactively identify and pitch new media opportunities for clients.
- Optimization: Assess the full campaign journey, from content alignment to landing page performance, to improve effectiveness.
- Trend Awareness: Stay on top of digital marketing trends to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Work Environment The Performance Marketing Coordinator should be aware that:
- They are expected to be in the office during traditional work hours.
- We expect everyone to be on time for every client meeting, virtually or in person, and early arrival is preferred.
- Time will be spent in client offices and meeting rooms working with various teams.
- They may be asked to work hours outside the regular business day to complete projects on time.
- The work environment will be dynamic, and expectations or needs can change, requiring flexibility.
- There must be a willingness to travel and work remotely as required.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience driving performance through paid media channels.
- Agency experience is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing paid platforms such as Search, Social (Meta, Pinterest, Spotify, Reddit), and Programmatic campaigns.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms such as GA4 and Meta.
- Experience with pixel placement and event tracking in GA4 and Events Manager.
Skills:
- Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to execute projects under tight deadlines and within budget.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
- Experience in hotel, tourism, or outdoor industry marketing is a plus.
