• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BASIC understanding of or ability to learn basic sanitation and regulations for workplace safety.
• BASIC understanding of or ability to learn food handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to maintain personal hygiene.
• Prior related experience preferred.
• ServSafe/Safe Food handling certification as required by individual property.
