We are seeking a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for quoting, issuing, and servicing personal lines insurance policies for home, auto, and umbrella coverage. As part of our dedicated team, youll manage policy renewals, process changes, and ensure accuracy across all transactions. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $30 - $35, plus a base salary with commission and bonus opportunities.

- Quote and issue new home, auto, and umbrella policies
- Review and remarket renewal business
- Process policy changes and updates
- Track and follow up on policy transactions to ensure accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service and support for personal lines clients
- Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals
Requirements
- Active personal lines insurance license
- Experience in the personal lines insurance marketplace
- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy
