While relocation may not be required, you must be available to complete your initial training in Jacksonville. You will need to secure your own accommodations and transportation during the initial training period in Jacksonville, which will last a minimum of 2 to 4 months. This position requires a start time of 6:30 AM. Depending on the outcome of your training, the company may consider allowing you to operate closer to home if you reside in the Orlando or Southeast/Southwest Florida areas.
In this role, you will work primarily in Florida, with frequent travel to areas such as Orlando and Southeast/Southwest Florida. You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment, focusing on motors, controls, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain water filtration systems, motors, controls, and other related equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Travel extensively (50-90% depending on your location), including overnight stays.
- Work independently while maintaining clear communication with the service team.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Mechanical aptitude: Experience working with motors, controls, and mechanical systems.
- Electrical knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Self-motivation: Ability to manage tasks independently with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight as needed.
- Valid driver’s license: Required for travel using the company-provided vehicle.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role is preferred, though candidates with at least 1 year of mechanical or electrical experience will be considered if they demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in environments with loud noises or hazardous materials.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, with the ability to lift heavier loads (50-80 pounds) with assistance as required, climb ladders, perform tasks that require standing for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Capability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach in tight spaces or elevated areas.
- Endurance for working in physically demanding environments for extended periods while ensuring high-quality work.
