Responsibilities

- Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and coordinate measuring machines, to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform vision inspections and operate vision inspection systems to detect defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of inspection results and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with production staff to identify areas for improvement in quality systems and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Assist in training team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of various quality inspection techniques and systems.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
