What are the responsibilities and job description for the Imaging Technologist CT/MRI - Radiology position at Comanche County Hospital Authority?
DEFINITION:
Under the supervision of the CT/MRI Lead Technologist, conducts and assists personnel in the performance of CT/MRI examinations. Is able to provide patient care activities to include adult, pediatric and neonatal patients. Responsible for the proper utilization of Radiology Information System as described in the RIS Policy and Procedure.
REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):
Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School or GED.
Completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school.
Prefer up to six months experience working in CT/MRI
