What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech Pathologist (CCC) - Rehab position at Comanche County Hospital Authority?
DEFINITION:
The staff speech pathologist will provide a full range of diagnostic and clinical services for inpatients and outpatients who may be classified as infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric, with speech and language problems, cognitive deficits, voice and fluency problems, and swallowing in a multidisciplinary team approach and participation. The therapist must be licensed as a certified speech pathologist in the State of Oklahoma, or be eligible for licensure.
REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):
Must have permanent Oklahoma State licensure or have Oklahoma Temporary Permit under direct supervision pending permanent licensure.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with neurogenic patients, Dysphagia, and pediatrics preferred. One year experience preferred. CPR Certification.
