Job Details
Provides quality patient care in the home setting utilizing the nursing process.
Accomplishes indirect patient / office related work in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Home Health Department.
Job Requirements
Experience in Home Health Nursing.
Knowledge of Home Health compliance.
Knowledge of patient management and techniques for physical intervention.
Satisfactorily completed the hospital orientation program.
Meet additional credentials for special care unit as indicated in skills checklist.
Unit Specific Information
Multipliers - No increased rate for OT, Holiday, and Call-Back
Rebate - This client has a rebate of 1% of all billings related to this assignment; passthrough expenses are not subject to any rebates.
Orientation - Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays; Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays.
Call Policy - On Call paid out at $2 per hour with 1 Hour Minimum.
Local Policy - Applicants within 50 miles of Comanche County will be considered for a placement at 11% less the travel rate.
Additional Details
At least 1 year of experience - Required
Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
Reliable transportation - Required
Profile Requirements : Work History, Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS - AHA, NIH - Preferred)
