Compensation: Based on Experience
DEFINITION :
Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the hospital in good repair. Minor electrical work, mechanical repairs and other duties relating to maintenance are the primary duties.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
One year related experience in a hospital, or diversified building maintenance, or construction.
One year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical or trade school training in HVAC, electrical or mechanical preferred.
High School or equivalent required.
