Scope Of Position
The Table Games Shift Supervisor is under the general supervision of the Table Games Manager and, is responsible for the day-to-day operation and conduct of card games offered in the casino. The Table Games Shift Supervisor’s performance is necessary for the casino to reach its full potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for its guests.

The Table Games Shift Supervisor regularly communicates and exchanges information with coworkers and guests, and operates a computer and other office equipment. The Table Game Shift Supervisor will regularly be required to remain stationary for 50 percent or more of their shift. Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where there may be flashing lights and the noise levels vary from quiet to loud depending on the time of day, the specific location and the amount of business. The Table Games Shift Supervisor must be able and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and in a smoke-filled environment. The workplace is also under constant surveillance both inside and outside the facility.
The Table Games Shift Supervisor may be exposed to the risks associated with attempting to resolve contentious issues with guests and staff members.

- Assists in the scheduling of dealers and supervisors and training and evaluating new dealers.
- Maintains constant awareness of all card game activities and is responsible for the protection of the bankroll, the playing public and the casino’s integrity.
- Monitors compliance and prepares documents relating to federal currency transaction regulations.
- Includes but not limited to, training employees; planning; assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Monitors the performance of the department’s employees; ensuring adherence to casino policies and procedures.
- Handles problems or grievances (employees/guests) as soon as the need arises within the department.
- Responsibilities include training employees; planning; assigning and directing work.
- Fosters and maintains a positive attitude towards Comanche Nation Team Members and Guests.
- The following Chain of Command will be adhered to: Table Games Manager, Table Games Shift Supervisor, and Table Games Supervisor.

Education And/Or Experience
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalency to include Home SchoolCertificate;and
- One or more years of Table Gomes experience; and
- One or more years of supervisory experience.
- Prior working experience in a casino environment is preferable.
