In this role, you will be responsible for operating equipment, setting up molds, and establishing process parameters in various molding machines. You will also work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any quality or production issues that may arise.
A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of raw materials and product quality specifications, as well as experience with controlled documents, preventative maintenance task lists, and equipment manuals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as manufacturing or engineering
