Job Description
This role is a critical part of Comar's success in extrusion blow molding manufacturing. The Senior Blow Molding Process Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of process improvements, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyze and optimize cycle times and process parameters to maximize machine uptime and output.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and improve equipment performance.
- Lead EBM training efforts to ensure operators are capable and knowledgeable.
- Develop robust maintenance plans and collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related field.
- 8 years of hands-on experience in extrusion blow molding processes, equipment, and tooling.
- In-depth knowledge of Bekum extrusion blow molding machinery and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
