We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to fill our entry-level Marketing Associate positions. The Marketing Associate is a valued team member in the marketing and sales department. You will spend your time working with our retail partners, building brand awareness and customer base for the national clients we serve. After successful completion of each department, an you would have the opportunity to become a team lead and develop into a Marketing Management position.
Marketing Associate Job Description:
- Assist with new customer acquisition by connecting with a wide variety of people face to face.
- Impact sales results by supporting and executing in-store promotions and retail events
- Fielding basic questions and concerns from retail customers.
- Associates are also responsible for attending product knowledge and business meetings to ensure that representation is current with client and industry standards.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree or experience is customer-focused fields is desired but not required
- Availability to work a full-time work schedule
- Previous experience or training in sales or lead generation
