This job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Key Responsibilities of this role:Quality Management System
- Collaborate with the leadership team and stakeholders to understand business objectives and priorities to create and to promote the deployment of improvement initiatives and adoption of change.
- Create, plan, implement, and sustain an operational excellence strategy for the Company designed to meet customer expectations and drive operational efficiency and effectiveness focusing on optimizing processes and procedures.
- Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop operational solutions.
- Lead business process improvement initiatives and align priorities with leadership and report progress
- Lead crossfunctional project teams for large process improvement projects.
- Train, lead, and coach fellow teammates and new hires to help them progress to an appropriate six sigma certification.
- Develop and track KPI's to measure progress and success on process improvement initiatives and, measure against industry benchmarks
- Build a high performing and highly effective quality organization through process development, performance monitoring, effective coaching, development, and training.
- Manage Combi’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System as the management representative.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and instructions included in the QMS
- Lead team efforts for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing product quality results data and trends along with monitoring individual quality complaints/incidents and ensure rapid root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Develop and drive improvement in critical metrics including customer complaints, scrap, costs of poor quality and assure an effective Corrective and Preventive Actions system is in place.
- Contribute to the development of Combi’s strategic plan, aligning quality, and operational excellence with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Combi leadership to drive continuous improvement across the entire organization.
- Drive measurable KPI improvement by quarter to deliver impactful results to our customers and stakeholders.
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
- Demonstrative experience leveraging ISO 9001 quality management systems to deliver value.
- Superior interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to successfully communicate with employees, executives, vendors, customers, and industry experts at all levels to ensure the recipients fully understand concepts and their responsibilities.
- Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex ideas and strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing quality and operational excellence/continuous improvement initiatives, or equivalent education and experience.
