The Sales Agency Coordinator plays a vital role in expanding our customer base and enhancing sales performance for our Insurance products. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy independently prospecting for new clients and nurturing relationships with current customers.
In this position, you will also assist in the identification and onboarding of new independent agents, helping them establish their business and accompanying them on sales calls.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Generation : Prospect for new customers and drive sales through various channels including field prospecting, referrals, leads, and direct outreach to existing policyholders.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong customer relationships while addressing their needs and concerns.
- Sales Performance : Achieve at least 75% of personal production goals set by the Agency to maintain affiliation.
Sales Presentations : Conduct engaging presentations tailored to customer needs, while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our Company’s products and sales processes.
