Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Building:
- Identify, qualify, and develop commercial insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through in-person, online, and written communication
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up and accurate quotations
Sales and Business Development:
- Actively partner and network to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved
Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Provide expertise and answer questions to support staff
- Participate in meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Hold the required insurance license and have a minimum of two years personal and commercial lines insurance account management experience
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and industry operations
