Job Description - (Exempt Position)
Reports to : President / VP
Primary Role : Our Insurance and Risk Management firm was founded in 1946. Since then, we've been providing sound Insurance and Risk Management advice to clients. We focus on Risk Management to establish credibility as Insurance Advisors, and are looking for an established Sales Producer to add to our team.
Beyond having the qualifications of a long-standing, reputable Insurance Agency in Houston, we're authentic people who like to get the job done for our clients and have a great balance of work and life! We are looking for a sales team partner who wants to work in an organization that is large enough to make it happen for our clients with our capabilities, but small enough to have daily recognition and open doors straight to the top! We value honesty, integrity, and authenticity among our team members, and our staff is stable and focused on helping the sales team succeed!
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. More than that, likeable as a person, and a fan of networking!
- Producer preference in Risk Management philosophy, rather than sales based on price.
- Proven track record in Property & Casualty Insurance Sales preferred.
- Ownership in book of business preferred but not required.
Licensing, Education and Experience Requirements :

Northwest Houston location. Once trained, work from anywhere. 3 year sliding salary provided to give you time to create your own self-funding book of business.
