The District Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising multiple teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across assigned locations. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in managing multi-site operations within the janitorial or similar service industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management : Oversee janitorial operations across multiple client locations, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage on-site supervisors and cleaning staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Client Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and building long-term relationships.
• Performance Oversight : Monitor and evaluate service quality, compliance, and adherence to safety standards.
• Budget Management : Control costs, optimize resources, and ensure profitability within the district.
