Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Utilize medical terminology to assist clients with inquiries related to healthcare services.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all client information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Support administrative tasks as needed within the medical office environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, enabling effective communication with clients regarding healthcare topics.
