We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential in supporting our chefs and kitchen staff, contributing to the overall success of our dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout the shift.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and prepping ingredients.
• Help with bussing tables during peak service times to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning of all items used in food service.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas.

Skills

• Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with banquet and catering services is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork skills with the ability to help others when needed.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks within the kitchen setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.81 - $18.58 per hour
