Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of property and personnel.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify potential security breaches or suspicious activities.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations for management review.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns or incidents.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies.
- Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate situations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or loss prevention is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and CCTV operation is essential.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid security guard license or certification may be required based on local regulations.
