Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Engage people receiving support by providing coaching, feedback, and demonstration of skill development tasks.
- Drive people to their job and work with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Ensure person is prepared and ready for employment.
- Provide monitoring, assessment, and support to develop healthy working relationships.
- Encourage appropriate social interaction.
- Track person’s progress towards goals and objectives.
- Breaks job duties and assignments into specific steps to promote independence.
- Maintain accurate records on job coaching services.
