Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Global NOC Service Assurance to lead our Managed Network Services team. This role is responsible for overseeing the life cycle management and operational excellence of SD-WAN, connectivity solutions, and network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, cradle points, wireless access points etc.). The VP will ensure high availability, reliability, and security of client networks while driving efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategy for the NOC to enhance operational efficiency, automation, and service delivery.
  • Network Operations Management: Oversee 24/7 NOC operations, ensuring proactive monitoring, incident response, and network performance optimization.
  • Managed Network Services: Lead the monitoring, and maintenance of SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, broadband, and other connectivity solutions.
  • Infrastructure Oversight: Ensure optimal performance of routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and cloud networking solutions.
  • Process & Automation: Implement automation for network monitoring, incident resolution, and configuration management to improve response times and reduce manual efforts.
  • Customer Experience & SLA Management: Ensure adherence to SLAs, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead continuous service improvements.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with technology vendors (Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, Cradlepoint, Palo Alto, etc.) and service providers to optimize network services.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a team of NOC engineers, architects, and support staff.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure network security best practices and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Required Skills Sets

  • Expertise in Managed Network Services, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, and connectivity solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, Cradlepoint, Palo Alto, Juniper, and Fortinet networking technologies.
  • Experience with network automation, event management and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, LogicMonitor), and ITSM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, QoS, and network security.
  • Proven experience in SLA management, incident response, and ITIL-based operations.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI-driven network operations.
  • Familiarity with 5G/LTE networking and IoT connectivity solutions.
  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent.

Salary

Primary Location Pay Range: $222,002.73 - $333,004.10

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
