Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of strategic mid-market customers, focusing on revenue growth and retention. Develop account strategies to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and execute sales and services for local and regional accounts in the Enterprise and mid-market segment.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through identification and closing of incremental sales and revenue opportunities.
- Proactively engage customers to understand changing business needs and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Renew customer contracts and protect existing revenue streams.
- Maintain knowledge of Company's products/services, pricing practices, and selling skills to effectively position and align Business Services with assigned accounts.
- Serve as primary escalation point for customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution.
- Develop cross-functional relationships with support groups to ensure timely completion of sales projects.
- Position and sell Business Class services across multiple organizational levels.
- Manage existing revenue, sales opportunities, quota, funnels, and forecasts consistent with Region, Division, and Corporate goals and objectives.
