Job Description
On any given day you might :
- Bring fresh and groundbreaking conceptual thinking in partnership with Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) to create transformative work
- Push creative thinking to new and unprecedented places – but also have a plan to make it work
- Implement the overarching creative direction and vision for the Xfinity account(s) and / or team(s) as well as bring proactive leadership to the entire agency
- Apply strong working knowledge of the fundamentals of new and standard social and digital platforms and technologies to briefs and proactive opportunities
- Skillfully produce work across a variety of platforms and mediums : social, digital, film, OOH, and emerging technologies.
- Provide leadership through building the vision and mission of the agency
- Manage multiple projects, partners, and budgets within deadlines
- Determine assignments, evaluations, and incentives for the creative department
- Ensure the growth of individual team members
- Responsible for shaping a general direction of the work tha t Xfinity produces
- Build strong relationships with multi-levels of clients, and deepen their knowledge of interactive marketing

Salary :
Primary Location Pay Range : $94,962.24 - $142,443.36
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
