About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory development: Develop local business partnerships and organizational affiliations, enhancing Comcast positioning and brand in the territory.
- Sales performance: Maintain quality sales records, prepare sales and activity reports, and meet departmental financial and unit targets.
- Customer satisfaction: Ensure a positive impression of the Comcast Experience, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- New acquisition sales: Sell Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, generating new leads through prospecting activities.
- Advanced communications solutions: Focus on sales of PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities, identifying improvement areas through a consultative process.
- Territory management: Effectively manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
- Team collaboration: Work with technical, customer service and related support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction, driving new revenue growth.
- Pipeline management: Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects, yielding production levels of monthly quota performance and above.
- Product knowledge: Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
- Business objectives: Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
- Professionalism: Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism, demonstrating punctual, regular and consistent attendance.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 Years of relevant work experience
- Strong customer-facing skills and a proven track record of sales success

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $106,212.00
