Job Summary
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities. Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Promote bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers. Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast positioning and brand.
- Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and support a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
- New acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
- Generate new leads through targeted businesses using prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Focusing on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
- Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospects' ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
- Effectively manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
- Team with technical, customer service, and related support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction, driving new revenue growth.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects yielding production levels of monthly quota performance and above.
- Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
- Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism.
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Compensation
Base Pay: $56,000.00
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $106,000.00
