Job Summary
- Sell advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities, to small and mid-size businesses.
- Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
- Promote bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
- Meet departmental financial and unit targets while staying abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
Core Responsibilities
- Territory development, including local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
- Maintaining quality sales records and preparation of sales and activity reports.
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and supporting a positive Comcast Experience.
- New acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services.
- Generation of new leads through various prospecting activities.
- Focus on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
- Identify improvement areas through consultative processes.
- Effectively manage territories and develop comprehensive business plans.
- Collaborate with technical, customer service, and related support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to yield production levels above monthly quota performance.
