Job Summary

Responsible for financial analysis and planning related to integration activities. Communicates across the various company functions to provide data analysis and make recommendations.
Assists in the projection and budgeting for upcoming periods and assists in special projects. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepares various financial and valuation analyses on a regular basis, includes analyses of growth, profitability, returns, investments and cash flow.
  • Develops financial models illustrating business dynamics on the corporation and competitors.
  • Interacts with targets, obtains pertinent deal information and negotiates basic terms.
  • Coordinates, performs and tracks business due diligence. Analyzes what has surfaced during due diligence and determine how it will impact negotiations.
  • Prepares and reviews confidential information memoranda, management presentations and other related presentations.
  • Assists with risk management in transactions; track key performance indicators and present information to management.
  • Conduit between the transaction team and key stakeholders, including business unit sponsors, regarding the status of ongoing projects.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
