Job Summary

The global product team at Comcast is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering products in the entertainment and connectivity domains across various markets while maintaining a unified global strategy. The group leverages a global technology platform to create products our customers love. It seamlessly integrates our award-winning voice search, discovery, apps, and interactive features to deliver intuitive experiences to our 57 million customer relationships across Comcast Cable and Sky and our syndication partners worldwide.Teams are distributed across various parts of USA, Europe, and India. Our organization is uniquely positioned to leverage diverse insights to shape globally relevant products for customers and partners.As a Technical Program Manager within our Global device organization you will be key in shaping and driving the team’s roadmap. You will lead strategic planning initiatives, manage complex programs, and ensure seamless execution of high-quality, reliable, and sustainable solutions. Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Understands the scope of technical programs as defined by the product and business requirements
• Drive the development and execution of the roadmap aligning with global product strategies and business goals.
• Oversee planning and execution of key initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment across distributed teams in the USA, Europe, and India.
• Drive technical decision-making and problem-solving, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and content protection across all products and platforms.
• Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, delivering on milestones and ensuring successful delivery of programs on time and within scope.
• Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimizations and driving operational excellence within the team.
