Comcast is seeking a driven, hands-on Installation Technician to join our team in Glade Spring, VA (12191 Maple St). If you're passionate about technology, problem-solving, and providing top-tier customer service, this is the opportunity for you!

💵 Hourly Pay: $18.20

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain broadband services (internet, TV, and phone)
• Support and educate customers on equipment use and service performance
• Work with coaxial cable, Ethernet, Wi-Fi networks, and MoCA technologies
• Ensure quality service by conducting necessary tests and adjustments
• Safely operate tools, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks as needed

✅ What You Need:

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible schedule – may include weekends, evenings, and overtime
• Willingness to learn and complete required training/certifications
