B2B Inbound Sales Representative

As a B2B Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating monthly sales through inbound calling or lead generation which plays a key role in the growth and expansion of Comcast Business Services and its product offerings. Through this role, you will facilitate the sale of Comcast Internet, Voice and TV services to small and mid-size businesses to new and existing customers. Our Sales Representative (Inbound) is a virtual position so self-motivation and eagerness to exceed goals is important and you will be accountable for individual results and overall impact on our team.

**This role is available to candidates living in New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland/D.C and parts of Virginia.**

B2B Inbound Sales Representative Compensation:

• Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): *Up to $26/hr
• Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets

B2B Inbound Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales quotas by generating sales from inbound calls and follow-up with potential customers to sell Comcast Business Services products or services.
• Ensure CRM software is accurate and up to date on daily basis.
• Manage the customer relationship from initial call, through close to resolve on the first call or escalate appropriately.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and represent Comcast Business Services in a professional and courteous manner to prospects and customers.
• Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, industry information and competitive landscape.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

B2B Inbound Sales Representative Additional Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2-5 years of applicable experience in a related or similar field
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently with little or no supervision

B2B Inbound Sales Representative Home Office Requirements:

• Demonstrates the ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• In a virtual environment, Comcast requires a minimum 100mbs speed which is capable of being hard-wired into the provided equipment, either through a direct wall input or your router
• Have a quiet work area in a location that provides privacy from other people, activities and noise
• Have a steady work surface
• Have a comfortable chair
• Adequate lighting
• Fast and reliable internet service

• The starting rate is dependent on several factors, including your city/state of residence. Comcast follows all local and state regulations/laws regarding minimum wage.
