Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Design, deploy, and manage Intune and SCCM infrastructure to support Windows endpoint management across the organization.
- Implement and maintain configurations for software distribution, patch management, and compliance settings using Intune and SCCM.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Intune and SCCM infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Intune and SCCM with other endpoint management tools and systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Intune and SCCM processes, configurations, and procedures.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Intune, SCCM, and endpoint management best practices.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to support Intune and SCCM infrastructure and resolve issues promptly.
- Drive standardization and service-focused instrumentation for endpoint management.
- Engage with external vendors and third parties to address issues and achieve continuous improvement.
- Contribute to command-and-control activities focused on the restoration of complex outages and rapid restoration of services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and operating Intune and SCCM infrastructure in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Intune and SCCM architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with software distribution, patch management, and compliance settings in Intune and SCCM.
- Familiarity with other endpoint management tools and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
