Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales and revenue opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Customer Engagement
- Proactively engage customers to understand their changing business needs and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through regular bill reviews, quarterly business reviews, and other touchpoints.
- Account Management
- Manage existing revenue, sales opportunities, quota, funnels, and forecasts consistent with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and operational leaders.
- Leadership and Collaboration

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 Years of relevant work experience in sales
