Xfinity Field Sales Consultant

Job Summary
Responsible for promoting and selling Comcast products and services, including video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home. Utilizes advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services, as well as sales process experience, to maximize sales and effectively work assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of Comcast products and promotes and sells offerings to individual customers by visiting every door within assigned territory.
• Effectively communicates and develops rapport with customers, evaluating their existing and potential product needs and making recommendations.
• Possesses expert knowledge of selling techniques reflective of the position's required relevant experience.
• Creates and executes turf management plans without assistance, utilizing experience-based sales techniques and operating independently.
• Meets and exceeds sales goals as established by local market, independently establishing and organizing daily sales activities.
• Demonstrates a consistent record of success in residential canvassing sales environment with emphasis on business-to-consumer sales.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $50,000.00
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $75,500.00
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
