AI Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Software Engineer with hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI pair-programming tools to join our growing engineering team. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent software solutions, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to streamline development and enhance code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable and robust software applications using AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and fellow developers to build innovative AI-powered features.
• Integrate AI models and services into existing platforms and pipelines.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new AI tools and frameworks to improve development workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and agile sprint ceremonies.
• Write clear documentation for developed software and processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#).
• Demonstrated experience using AI pair-programming tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, TabNine).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI/ML APIs or services (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Vertex AI).
• Background in machine learning, data science, or natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal AI-driven projects.
