As we continue to grow our Global Executive Briefing program, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Process Improvement Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing our current business processes by role and by center, making recommendations to refine and simplify them globally. This role is crucial in helping us achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness in our operations by also leveraging AI and Copilot to automate certain tasks and documenting the agreed-upon end-to-end engagement processes by role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive review of existing business processes across various departments.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to streamline and simplify processes.
- Collaborate with team members to understand their workflows and gather insights.
- Develop and present detailed reports outlining findings and suggested improvements.
- Utilize Microsoft AI and Copilot to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks, enhancing overall productivity.
- Document the agreed-upon end-to-end engagement processes by role, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.
- Ensure that there is a ROB established to keep all documentation up-to-date and reflecting any changes in processes or roles.
- Assist in the implementation of recommended changes and monitor their impact.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes, best practices, and the use of AI tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a business process consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
- Experience with AI tools and automation technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a business program management role.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of our industry and business operations.
Salary : $40 - $45
