We are seeking a highly skilled Certified SharePoint Developer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019/2016, and Microsoft 365, with a proven ability to create scalable and robust systems that meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create and customize SharePoint solutions, including workflows, web parts, and apps, to meet business requirements.
- SharePoint Administration: Perform site administration, including permissions management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Customization: Implement and customize SharePoint sites using Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SPFx framework.
- Integration: Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems and Microsoft 365 services.
- Maintenance: Manage updates, patches, and overall platform health, ensuring performance optimization and compliance with security standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on SharePoint development and administration experience.
- Certification: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint (or equivalent).
- Proficient in SPFx, Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), and REST APIs.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and other web technologies.
- In-depth understanding of SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019/2016 architecture.
- Expertise in integrating SharePoint with external systems via APIs or middleware.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
