KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active Directory Management & Modernization
- Lead efforts to modernize and optimize Active Directory to align with industry best practices.
- Integrate AD with modern identity management solutions (e.g., Entra ID, Okta).
- Plan and implement domain migrations, restructuring, and security enhancements.
- Develop and enforce AD security policies and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
- DNS & DHCP Administration
- Manage and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services to ensure reliability and security.
- Configure and maintain DNS zones, records, and DHCP scopes with failover support.
- Ensure DNSSEC implementation and optimize DHCP for scalability and redundancy.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work with security and infrastructure teams to implement IAM policies.
- Provide expert-level support for AD, DNS, and DHCP-related issues.
- Mentor junior staff and document best practices for AD management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 7 years of experience managing and modernizing Active Directory environments.
- Strong expertise in DNS and DHCP within large-scale, complex networks.
- Experience with Entra ID, Okta, or similar identity management platforms.
- Proficiency in Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) and AD-related services.
- Advanced knowledge of Group Policy, Trusts, Replication, Sites, and OUs.
- Experience migrating and restructuring domain objects for optimization.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Expert-level PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Deep understanding of Kerberos, LDAP, AD Certificate Services (ADCS).
- Familiarity with cloud identity solutions (e.g., Entra ID, AWS IAM).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for AD, DNS, and DHCP performance tuning.
