Citrix Network Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Citrix Network Administrator for a 6 month contract with deep expertise in Citrix NetScaler SDX environments. This role requires a proactive, self-starting individual who takes ownership and responsibility of their assignments. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of Citrix networking products and be able to bring innovative solutions to the table. This role involves supporting daily network operations, automating tasks through scripting, designing technical solutions, and improving existing systems through detailed technical documentation and processes.

Location: This is a hybrid role in Pontiac, MI (two days per week onsite)

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, configure, install, document, and operate Citrix NetScaler environments.
• Manage Citrix NetScaler functionalities, including High Availability (HA), Load Balancing, Content Switching, SSL Offload, AAA, FIPS, Proxy, and Citrix XenApp Integration.
• Develop and implement automation scripts for tasks and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues.
• Create and update procedures and documentation to optimize network performance and resilience.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience with Citrix NetScaler SDX environments and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of NetScaler HA, Load Balancing, Content Switching, SSL Offload, AAA, FIPS, Proxy, and Citrix XenApp.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Experience working within infrastructure teams.
