We are currently hiring for multiple CNC Operator– Aerospace Components positions in Kent, WA, to join the team responsible for producing precision aerospace components. These are 6–12 month W2 contract roles with the potential for extension. Overtime is available and encouraged.

B Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM | $43.31/hr W2
D Shift: Friday – Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM | $45.26/hr W2

Role Overview:
As a CNC operator, you’ll work closely with a diverse team of machinists, NC programmers, and engineers to set up, operate, and maintain advanced CNC machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis mills and multi-axis lathes
- Machining of aerospace-grade materials: Inconel, Monel, titanium, copper, and aluminum
- Ensure product quality and adherence to tight tolerances and GD&T standards
- Collaborate with engineering on process documentation and optimization
- Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Use of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, and Mazatrol
Ideal Candidate Has:
- 5 years of experience in aerospace or high-precision machining
- Strong understanding of blueprints and GD&T (ASME Y14.5M-1994)
- Experience with machines such as Mazak, Kuraki, Hermle, OM, or DMG Mori
- Familiarity with CNC programming software such as Mastercam or Unigraphics NX
- Tooling and fixture design.
- Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) experience
