What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Tech sales DTD position at Comcentric Inc.?
We are seeking an Entry Level Tech Sales Associate for a 3 month contract-to-hire opportunity in Kent, Washington area.
The candidate must be located within 30 minutes of Kent, Washington.
Full training and mentorship is provided.
Pay: $30/hour W2, once converted to a FTE there is a salary of up to $55k PLUS commissions (first year projected to make no less than $85k).
The Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for sharing business solutions with members of the community in a door-to-door sales approach. This includes having energy, knowledge, and ability to overcome concerns and questions from customers.
- Ability to learn the Tech industry and speak with ease and comfort about the many solutions and offerings. Training will be provided.
- You will continue to receive training, feedback, and advice from industry leaders throughout your career and there are many chances to apply those skills in careers throughout the Company.
- Demonstrate your expertise in customer service by wowing each customer with each transaction.
- Even if the neighbor is not or elects not to be a customer, we want them to leave the conversation with a great feeling about the business and the amazing team that works here.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain mileage/expense reports and share back weekly reports of your progress.
What We Look for in a Candidate
- Possess excellent communication skills and can develop and deliver meaningful and concise presentations.
- Possess a strong knowledge to overcome customer objections.
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and translate numbers and reporting into actionable plans to meet or exceed monthly sales quota.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
