What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installation Technician position at Comcentric Inc.?
We are seeking a Installation Technician for a 3-month contract-to-hire position. Candidates can be located/near Joplin, Bentonville, or Rogers.
Scope of Project:
Responsible for performing basic tasks and projects related to the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network equipment and circuits under regular supervision. The role involves preventative and demand maintenance of network systems and critical infrastructure, asset management, and supporting the overall integrity of the company's network operations. The technician will become familiar with the company's systems and applications while ensuring smooth network performance and quick restoration during service interruptions.
Ideal Candidate would have:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Knowledge/experience in installation of Telecommunications/cable
- Reliable car with clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check/drug test
